Yellow Sea

On our return trip from a family reunion in Rhinelender Wisconsin, our route took us by the St Croix River near Minneapolis. When we got out of the car at an overlook the temperature was in the high nineties and HUMID. Despite the temperature, this patch of black eyed susans was looking quite perky. We Washingtonians were the wilted ones!

  1. It's tough going from the cool temps of the PNW to the sweltering mid-west humidity! Glad you were still able to get out and shoot some pics. These are beauties!
