After a grueling 15 hour drive the day before, we were driving through Seattle rush hour traffic on the way home when this monstrosity slowly passed on the left. When this came into my field of vision, I'm embarrassed to say how close I came to shrieking and swerving into the next lane!
Well this will give me nightmares for a while. You have to wonder who would commission this (and why).
ReplyDeletewhat the #@!! is right lol! That is freakish. It would be funny to be driving along and not notice that coming up beside you and look over and see it. Hopefully while traffic is going slowly like with you!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I'm not driving behind that thing. Enlarging the photo was enough. You are to be congratulated on keeping a steady head at the wheel.
ReplyDeleteCheers,

I don't know if this is a good ad for "Ben's Artworks" unless Ben is looking to specialize in Halloween items. Good shot. Glad you stayed in one piece to get it.
ReplyDeleteDarryl and Ruth : )
This is going to give me nightmares and I'm an adult. What would a small child make of this?
ReplyDeleteWe had to go to Seattle twice this week. I am glad to say I didn't see that awful sight. Traffic on the freeway and downtown streets is bad enough without that looming out of the distance. - Margy
ReplyDeleteNever know what you'll run across in Seattle -:)
ReplyDeleteI would guess this might have been destined for the Fremont Solstice Festival and / or parade at the "Center of the Universe" Saturday.
Seeing that would give one pause, I expect! LOL!!
