Skywatch Friday: Hoodoos

Hoodoos and Cumulus clouds on the horizon at Bryce Canyon National Park.

My dad watched the girls one day at camp so we could get out for a "big person" hike. We hiked around the rim of Bryce Canyon and then dropped into the basin to walk through the hoodoo and canyons. Spectacular!

  2. Amazing! From the thumbnail, I first thought it was some temple in Cambodia or Laos.

  3. Wow! Beautiful...the color of the rocks and the sky. Gorgeous. Glad you got to go on a "big person" hike.

  4. Looks like father and son holding hands. And next to them is the big sister casually standing against the rock.

  6. This is my favorite national park. It's awesome hiking down into and through it and you've caught the sense of that here.
