the ground flutters orange and yellow
the sweet, musky scent of finished lives
rising from the leaves

  1. I love how calm the water looks. Did you sit down on the bench for a while?

  2. I don't know which I love more....your photography or your words. Both are perfect descriptions of autumn. I want to sit on this bench - now. :)

  3. Oh, yes, I could sit here for quite a while. Is there wifi nearby? (Beautiful text, too.)

  4. Steffe-- Now that you mention it, no, I didn't! How have I become too busy to sit on a bench and enjoy the view for awhile? Next time, definitely.
