Fiamma Burger, on Railroad Avenue, bills itself as Bellingham's premier burger joint. Being vegetarian, I can't necessarily vouch for that-- but they do get points with me for making their own veggie patties instead of just slapping a Gardenburger patty on a bun like almost everywhere else in town. Plus they've got wicked awesome wood paneling.
I LOVE the veggie burger with grilled onions and some curry mayo, so yummy! They also make a wicked vegetarian chili.

ReplyDeleteSo much is lost by franchising and making cookie cutter products and stores. Bellingham is an outstanding example of what can be offered when the independent merchant is allowed to thrive.

ReplyDeleteI haven't been using Mr Digi Clover much lately. I think I am a little turned off by the fact that the batteries die so quickly.
