Warmth

Well the first snow of the year has hit the Cascade Mountain lowlands and Bellingham's high elevations.  It didn't last long, but it is only a sign of things yet to come.  This neatly stacked wood pile is ready to keep a family warm all winter long.

  2. We saw some snow on our trip to Prescott this week. We really need a wet winter to help our drought situation. Cuddling down with a nice warm drink and a good book in front of a fire, is a wonderful way to spend the day.

  4. I love this close up. The weather for us warmed up all of a sudden - what gives?! We're back in the 70s! Can't wait to get the fireplace going again!
