Silhouettes at Le Chat Noir

These artful silhouettes in the window greet you when you walk into Le Chat Noir, one of my favorite places to go for something scrumptious. This is one of many creative accents that give the restaurant a whimsical French flair. It's located in the Sycamore Square Building (originally called the Mason Block Building), which is the oldest building in Fairhaven, Bellingham. It was built in 1890, which isn't all that old to the rest of the world!

  2. This is such a fun shot. I'd like a table next to theirs so I could eavesdrop on their conversation. But I suspect it would be rather shallow.

  3. Thanks, guys!

Brattcat, I admit I did listen in, and the quality of their conversation left a lot to be desired. Even a couple of stiff drinks didn't help. She was a statuesque beauty, though.
