Skywatch Friday: Nothing's Black and White
If not for a couple minor hints of color, you could be fooled into thinking this photo is black-and-white. It's not-- just another one of our famous gray days. Our area is verdant and alive because of days like this one, so you won't hear me complaining about it! Well, most of the time, anyway.

Very effective and dramatic even if it is in color!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! We have a lot of days like that here in NH too and I don't even live on the sea coast...mostly in the winter though.
ReplyDeleteWow! Incredible. Could have fooled me - except for the hint of blue sky in the upper right hand corner, this does look B&W. That's quite a dramatic sky compared to our eternal blue sky down here in Cal. I heard you've been getting quite a bit of rain. I hope it dries out for the weekend. Happy SWF.
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to believe, but so easy on the eyes. Great capture.
ReplyDeleteThis is a spectacular photograph with all the elements I love - boats and water and clouds and sky and reflections!
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done. Hope you have a great weekend.
Actually, during the middle of a Florida summer, we'd die for a day like you've pictured!
gorgeous shot, lizzi.
