That's really cool...a tad bit like my skywatch! So I never made it back up to the PNW this summer...too many commitments down here. I do hope to spend next summer there, so if I do, I'll let you know and we can hopefully meet up!
At first I though I was looking at a violin until I studies the shot more closely. Now I am convinced it is a bass and the player is in a world of his own. Being a fiddle/violin player, I am really attracted to this capture. Stunning.
forgive my ignorance... is this an upright bass? cello?.... I've been taking cello lessons and I love it!!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome silhouette! Love me some jammin'. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteWow... love this image!! Superb! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing shot!
ReplyDeleteSKY OF WONDER
Sky of wonder, sky of bliss,
Who would think a sky like this
Would permit my eyes to see
Sun and moon and stars for free?

@ Christina it's a blonde 3/4 size K Style upright bass. (From their website...I wouldn't have know what it was either!)
